Appellate Practice

Appeals are oftentimes a necessary part of litigation.  Rose Rand Wallace Attorneys, P.A. has experienced appellate attorneys and extensive appellate experience in both State and federal courts.  Several firm attorneys are former law clerks to State and federal judges and have a broad background in appellate research, preparation of records and briefs and presentation of oral arguments.  The firm takes a team approach to appellate litigation and combines the experience of the various offices to work with the appellate attorneys in preparing an argument before the appellate courts.
