These attorneys have represented clients in diverse matters involving state regulatory agencies and occupational licensing boards such as the North Carolina Industrial Commission, the North Carolina Department of Labor, the North Carolina Department of Insurance, the North Carolina Division of Water Quality, the North Carolina Criminal Justice Standards Commission, the North Carolina Board for General Contractors, the North Carolina Board of Examiners of Electrical Contractors, the North Carolina Board of Nursing, and the North Carolina Board of Barber Examiners. Rose Rand Wallace Attorneys, P.A. also serves as general counsel to an occupational licensing board, the North Carolina Auctioneer Licensing Board, and Jeffrey P. Gray currently serves on the North Carolina Administrative Rules Review Commission as a commissioner.
