Bio

Mr. Morris was educated at Wake Forest University where he earned his B.A. degree in 1958, and after two years of service in the U.S. Navy earned his J.D. degree in 1963. He was licensed to practice law in all North Carolina Courts in 1963, and has since been admitted to practice law in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina, the U.S. Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Mr. Morris is experienced as a civil litigator, having primarily represented insurance companies throughout eastern North Carolina, and as an arbitrator in alternative dispute resolution (ADR).

He is married with two (2) children.
