Bio

Mr. Riley was born in San Antonio, TX.  He attended Wake Forest University where he earned his B.A. and J.D. Mr. Riley also attended St. Peter’s College, Oxford University where he studied under a Richter Fellowship.

Mr. Riley is admitted to practice before all North Carolina State Courts, U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Middle Districts of North Carolina, and U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina.  Mr. Riley serves as local counsel for other attorneys not admitted in these courts.

Mr. Riley is married and resides in Knightdale, NC.
