Bio

Mr. Mahan grew up in Rock Hill, SC where he attended Northwestern High School.  He earned his B.A. from Clemson University and his J.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law.  While attending law school, Mr. Mahan was a member of the Holderness Moot Court Environmental Appellate Advocacy Team and a member of the Law School Honor Court.

Mr. Mahan is admitted to practice before all North Carolina State Courts.

He is married and resides in Kinston, NC.  He has two dogs.
