Bio

Mr. Cauley has served as a legal instructor at Campbell University School of Law, Barton College and Wilson Technical College.  He was a member of Delta Theta Phi and was inducted into Omicron Delta Kappa. While in law school Mr. Cauley was a member of the National Moot Court team and a member of the Board of Editors of the Campbell Law Review.

He is a Certified Superior Court Mediator and is admitted to practice before all North Carolina Courts, the U.S. Court for the Eastern and Middle Districts of North Carolina and the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Cauley currently serves as the appointed legal counsel for seven municipalities.

He is married and has two daughters.
