Two familiar Eastern North Carolina names — Rose Rand Attorneys, P.A. and Wallace, Morris, Barwick, Landis & Stroud, P.A. — merged law firms in January, 2009, to better serve you. The combined firm has 16 lawyers, a support staff of 30 employees, and established offices in Kinston, Raleigh and Wilson.

Wallace, Morris, Barwick, Landis & Stroud, P.A. located in Kinston, had a history dating back to the 1920’s. The Rose Rand firm traces its Wilson roots back to 1944 and opened its Raleigh office in 2005. This combination better enables us to serve you throughout Eastern North Carolina and the Triangle by providing a greater depth of practice area and a wider range of services.

Both firms were well established before the merger and had a long history of client and community services, and the merger furthered that tradition. The combined strength of these two law firms helps us offer you the best in legal services without sacrificing the personal touch of the small town law firms that were our origin.
